Amazing Baptism staff in Great Neck Long Island
Dear Sean,
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and thanks towards the amazing staff at Leonard’s. Our Baptism this past Sunday was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations. From my first interaction with Gabrielle, who was able to work with me and my budget, to the final good-bye at our party with Nicole, our Maitre’D, the customer service that was provided to us was truly phenomenal.
I wanted to take the time to write this thank you note so that your managers can recognize and applaud the following individuals involved in our event in providing us with a fantastic day:
Gabrielle Dubey ; Gabby was quick to respond when I inquired about pricing and availability via email and worked diligently with me to work out a contract that worked with our budget. She was professional, detail oriented, accommodating and willing to make things work. It was a pleasure to work with her and from the initial interaction, I got a very good vibe about Leonards and the type of experience we would have at your catering hall. It was thanks to Gabby that we decided to book with Leonards. Thanks Gabby!
Sean Borgio : Upon meeting Sean, I was sure he would make our day perfect. He listened to me, took down notes and made sure that everything would be the way I had envisioned. I really appreciated that because it gave me comfort in knowing that everything would go smoothly. He worked with us on the menu and logistics of the event and was always able to meet any requests we had. He has a great personality and is great with customers. His attention to detail and listening skills are very impressive – the event came together exactly how I had planned it to be. He even stopped by during the event to say hello and to ask if we were happy with everything. Thanks so much Sean! Nicole (Maitre’D) : I could not have asked for a better Maitre’D at the day of the event. Nicole was absolutely spectacular! From the minute we pulled our car to the back entrance, she walked right out the door (as if she knew we were there) and asked if we were with Kristopher (our son). We smiled and said that we were and she took us to the room, helped me with the setup and offered help with anything and everything. I felt relieved as soon as I met her and knew we would have a great event. Nicole went out of her way several times during the party to make sure we were happy. Although our baby was a bit overwhelmed with the party, she allowed us to use the bridal suite and even offered to bring the cake into the room so that we can take pictures with him in private. This was something I would not have even think to do, yet she made it seem like it was the easiest task to take care of! She also made sure my husband and I ate (and drank) during the party and even packed up a piece of the cake and cookies to go for us (since we didnt get a chance to eat them). At the end of the party, she packed up everything so efficiently and quickly (I didn’t even noticed when she did this) and wheeled it all out to our car for us. She was there when we left and thanked us with a smile. She is truly a STAR and I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves for providing us with an amazing day!
I’d also like to thank all the chefs at Leonards for their amazing cooking skills!!! Our guests raved about the food and said that everything on the menu was delicious!
Also, the gentleman who welcomes the guests was so kind and always helped me with the stroller – he is such a great greeter and definitely made everyone feel welcomed.
My husband and I are extremely happy with our event and the way that everything worked out from the beginning to the end – it was such a pleasant and easy experience for us!
We will definitely come back to Leonard’s when hosting future events. Thank you for an unforgettable event.
