I would 1000000% choose Leonard’s Palazzo again if I were doing another event!
My husband and I hosted our baby shower for the birth of our third baby boy September 2024 at Leonard’s Palazzo. We were unsure about our decision to host our celebration there versus another venue however, after our first consultation with Jeffery, he helped calmed our nerves. It was truly one of the driving factors of why we ultimately booked with this establishment. He was down to earth, relatable, informative, kind and flexible. It was easy to see why he closed the deal so quickly. He was excellent from the very start to the end!
Then the day of our event finally came and WOW! I was running behind schedule and was worried I wouldn’t have enough time to set up for the event. However, I received a text message from our matire’d Kelvin who asked me how I wanted certain items displayed during the room. When I finally arrived and rushed in- I was shocked to see that everything was in place exactly with the way I intended. This same energy continued throughout the whole event. Kelvin was always available and so kind. He gently reminded me of the schedule without me feeling rushed. He seemed to predict what was needed before it was even asked. He was down to earth, culturally appropriate and an all-around genuinely good person. I have hosted possibly too many events in this last decade, and I can tell you without doubt I have never come across a more professional, thoughtful, more pleasant, and more in-tuned staff than at Leonard’s Palazzo. It was hands on the best decision that we made. Our guests raved about the food, the cleanliness of the establishment and the welcoming of the staff. We had a guest list of 100 people – and there were no complaints. Even at the end of the function- when it was raining- our guests had no issues with valet.
I would 1000000% choose Leonard’s Palazzo again if I were doing another event!
