Good evening Eric,

I would like to take the time to recognize Marcelo’s (Maitre’ d) effort throughout our daughter’s baptism that took place on 9/20 . From our very arrival, Marcelo was attentive in getting us situated in our room and ensuring all our belongings were brought inside for us. He immediately asked us for our beverage order and showed us that the cocktail hour had begun and that our guests were being attended to. We very relaxed and at ease knowing that our guests were being looked after. Throughout the entire night, Marcelo checked in with us regarding the schedule and offered advice on the pace of the remaining events of the night. Being that this was our first party we were hosting, we found this to be incredibly helpful. Marcelo was with us until the very end of the party and was truly helpful as we were leaving. Our guests absolutely raved about Marcelo and the rest of the staff!! Truly a gem. Thank you.
