We are implementing every recommendation from the U.S. Center for Disease Control. This applies to all areas of the venue, both for high traffic and back-of-house locations. We check with the CDC daily for new guidelines and regulations and quickly implement them if there are any changes.
Hand sanitizing stations can be found throughout the building. They are checked and refilled several times a day. All public points of contact including elevators, handrails, handles and door knobs are wiped cleaned on the hour. Every surface our kitchens are are sprayed daily with food safe disinfectants. Multiple bathrooms on each floor minimizes guest interaction
All employees will wash their hands before and after every task. These employees have disinfectant wipes at their disposal at all times. None of our workers can report to work if they're experiencing any signs of respiratory illness or fever. They'll have no contact with ready-to-0eat foods and dinnerware before serving. Educational materials are available in all staff-only areas.
