I want to thank you, Eric and Didi for a perfect evening on Friday. I’m lucky enough to have friends in high end restaurant and catering businesses, and I go out to events ery often. For the basic corporate event that we ordered, I was extremely impressed with your personnel top to bottom and the facilities.

I was the person assigned the task of booking the event and making all related arrangements by my principles. That carries certain responsibilities, and can be somewhat stressful.
