Dear Didi,

Everything was perfect, from the setup of the room to the food and the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, but I have to give special attention to Terrance, our waiter. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time and that everyone had what they needed.

I definitely will keep you in mind for any future affairs that we may have.
